A short page, because there is very little to declare.
Launch draft — requires owner and legal review before any paid sale. It is written for Mulyba rather than copied boilerplate, but it has not been checked by a solicitor and must not be relied on as a legal notice. Still to be supplied by the owner: registered legal name, trading address, effective date.
What is stored today
Nothing is set for analytics, advertising or profiling. One local storage entry, mulyba.demo.state.v1, holds your work in this browser so it survives a refresh, and deleting it in the trust centre removes it entirely. If you sign in, your browser also holds the sign-in record needed to keep you signed in, and your saved work then lives in your Mulyba account rather than only in this browser.
At launch
We expect one strictly necessary session cookie for signing in, and nothing else without your explicit, unbundled consent. Measurement, if enabled, will be aggregate counts only.
Third parties
No advertising networks, no social pixels, no session recording. Mulyba uses a managed database and sign-in service for accounts, and an external model provider for the assisted actions you choose to run. Any further provider will be named here before it is used.
