Payment, subscription and cancellation

No payment provider is connected, no checkout exists and no card details can be entered anywhere in Mulyba. If a page ever suggests otherwise, that is a fault: treat it as such and tell us.

Fast Apply pack — £4.99, paid once. It covers one vacancy that you select before you pay. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it never becomes one. Access to that pack stays on your account for 12 months.

Mulyba Experience — £9.99 a month. It renews monthly on the same date until you cancel. The price and the renewal date are shown before you confirm, and again on your access page. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no auto-upgrade to a larger package.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax due. You will be told the exact total before any payment is confirmed. See packages for what each includes.

Mulyba Experience includes 120 assisted actions a month. It is described as a fair-use allowance and never as unlimited. When the allowance is reached, the rest of Mulyba keeps working and the allowance resets at the start of the next month. A Fast Apply pack includes 10 assisted actions for the vacancy it covers.

A failed subscription payment marks the account as past due. Paid allowances pause immediately, your work is not deleted and nothing is charged again automatically beyond the provider's normal retry. You would be told by email and in the product, with a clear way to settle or cancel.

You can cancel Mulyba Experience at any time from your access page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; you keep access until then and it does not renew. A one-off Fast Apply pack has nothing to cancel because nothing recurs.

Every payment would produce an emailed receipt and a line on your access page showing the amount, the date, the package and, for a Fast Apply pack, the vacancy it covered. Mulyba never stores card numbers; a regulated payment provider handles the card and Mulyba records only the outcome.

Paying for Mulyba does not buy an interview, an offer, a human careers adviser, a recruiter acting for you, or any contact with an employer on your behalf. It buys software and capacity, and nothing else.
