Refunds and digital content
Mulyba is digital content, which changes how cancellation rights work. This page says so plainly instead of hiding it.
Launch draft — requires owner and legal review before any paid sale. It is written for Mulyba rather than copied boilerplate, but it has not been checked by a solicitor and must not be relied on as a legal notice. Still to be supplied by the owner: registered legal name, trading address, effective date.
Nothing has been sold
No payment has ever been taken through Mulyba, so there is nothing to refund today. This page exists so the rules are written before the first sale, not improvised after it.
Digital content and the cancellation period
UK consumer law gives you a cancellation period for distance purchases, and it also allows that right to end once digital content has been delivered with your agreement. Mulyba's intention is to state at the point of purchase whether you are asking for immediate access, and to explain in the same sentence what that means for cancelling. The exact wording, period and any exceptions must be settled by the owner with legal advice before anything is sold — Mulyba will not invent a number here.
Subscriptions
Cancelling Mulyba Experience stops the next payment and keeps your access to the end of the month already paid for. Mulyba does not intend to charge for unused months in arrears, and does not intend to refund part months automatically. Where something has clearly gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, a service failure — the intention is to refund it without argument.
One-off application packs
A Fast Apply pack is delivered as soon as it is bought, because that is the point of it. If the pack could not be produced, or produced nothing usable, the intention is to refund it in full. A pack is not refundable simply because an application was unsuccessful; Mulyba never promises an outcome.
How a request would be handled
By email to the support address shown at the foot of this page. The intention is to acknowledge quickly and decide in plain English, giving a reason if a refund is declined, and to refund by the original payment method. Response and processing times must be set by the owner before sale rather than promised here.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes or limits your rights under UK consumer law, including rights about digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
